I called in the morning and they sent someone out that afternoon to fix my dryer. He was very nice and did a great job efficiently. If we ever have an issue with one of our appliances we will have them come back.

I scheduled my appointment on line. They called to verify I wanted their service. Then I received a text with a picture of the service tech they were sending. Justin messaged me to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived, went to work on the diagnosis. When he told me what it was and how much, I agreed to have the repair done. He had the part in his van. He then had me sign for the repair, put the new part in & was less than an hour at my house. I will definitely call them again for my appliance repairs.
