Jacob - our technician, did an awesome job getting the root cause of the issue we had with the oven. He saved us over 800.00$ compared to the initial quote and got the oven fixed in less than 45 minutes. Job well done indeed.

Jacob was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I had a bad taste in my mouth after being left hanging twice with cancelled appointments and a $60 laundromat charge due to the cancelations, but Jacob did his job fully.

Telephone support was responsive and great. Service tech was knowledgeable and great at explaining the work, very professional and friendly. Hope to not need them again but won';t hesitate to call them if I do need help.

Mr Appliance was great! My dishwasher wasn’t draining & they were able to come out and fix it right away. Extremely professional & knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone & will definitely use again in the future!
We have a Hallman range, and it is hard to find a company that will work on it, but our technician was able to replace the thermostat very efficiently considering he had to take the range apart to get it done.
