I have never used Mr. Appliance before so this was my first experience with them. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Once he ran the diagnostics test, he was very informative about his findings. He also let me know that the needed part was available. He returned the next day and completed the repair with in 45 minutes. He explained a service program that the company offers. Based on my experience with this company. I will save their contact information and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My SamSung Refrigerator had few things not working , like ice dispenser, flip door , ice forming at the bottom and bottom drawer not opening, So Handle broke etc. etc. I called Mr. Appliance of League City , they gave me the appointment right away , came over and diagnosed all these problems and gave me an estimate. They did not have the parts in stock . Taylor ordered the parts , and these arrived in couple days and everything fixed without any problems. Lilly the front girl , Taylor the office Manager followed everything to the end . These girls and the two technicians Javiar and Travis were great . I was impressed with the great service they performed. On top of that Mr. Greg Bahry the owner is so nice . If you ever need any appliance repair please call Mr. Appliance of League City .
