We are impressed with the professionalism of this company. One of the things is them sending a text with a picture of the technician and work van and gives the first name of the technician. That has to be comforting to a lot of folks who will have a stranger coming in their home. Frank, our technician, took care of our problem including programming our new part into the refrigerator.
