John at Mr. appliance did an outstanding of correcting the problem we were having with our refrigerator. He was extremely courteous, showed up on time, and was very neat, and careful while in the house. The scheduler at the Home office was also outstanding in her assistance. Sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was wonderful.
