Martin, the tech that came to repair my LG refrigerator was great! He got here quickly and was very careful to not bring in any dirt. I had just called the day before and was set up for a morning appointment. He arrived at 9:00 am promptly and I received a text he was on his way. They even sent a picture so I would know what he looked like. He fixed my refrigerator and cleaned everything up nicely before he left. He explained the problem and answered all my questions. Before he did any work, he let me know how much it would cost. He was very knowledgable, friendly and polite. I feel like the price was very reasonable and worth it. I will definitely call them for any future repairs!

It was easy to book my appointment with this company via their text response system. I left a voicemail, but then got a text that was very easy to interact with. I like that I got a text and email confirming who the technician would be with a photo. It just increases the level of trust when you know who should be there when you open the door. 🙂 Dmitriy did a great job fixing my dishwasher. He was friendly and knowledgeable. For both appointments he came within the window I was given, which helps when juggling work and other responsibilities. He called to let me know he was 5-10 minutes away, which I also appreciate. He explained to me what the problem was, then he came back with the part and installed it. I would highly recommend this company. They were easy to work with and fixed my appliance. Hopefully my dishwasher doesn’t have any more issues, but if it does I will definitely call Mr. Appliance.

My technician was outstanding. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back a couple days later to fix the problem.

Refrigerator was leaking. Got an appointment for four days from my call, which was quicker than another place. Caleb was our tech and knew exactly what to do. He tore our inside refrigerator apart, fixed it and put it all back together in a short time. Whole process was great, good communication to let us know when he was coming and what he looked like so I knew it was him when he arrived. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance again if needed. Reasonable prices.
