And though he could have completed the repair the same day, he requested to come back so that he could bring the extra items he needed to do the repair the right way. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. And the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. Mario was the perfect combination of friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our tech was Omesh .. he explained Everything very well and found what was causing the Ice maker In our BOSCH refrigerator To stop producing ice … It was caused from us turning OFF main water supply line .. when we out of area.. you just Turn OFF the ICEMAKER when shutting down the Main Water supply.. Otherwise the ICEMAKER keeps sending out signal trying to pull WATER from the Water supply even though it’s been turned to OFF . Thank you Onesh
