Courteous, on time, did the job well. As a landlord who needs time to get to a property, I was impressed that I was given advanced notice as to when he was heading to the house. I can say that’s rare despite many services saying they will text. He knew his stuff and got to work. He gave good advice for future potential issues. I’ve used Mr Appliance twice and been pleased.

I contacted Mr. Appliance because of the positive reviews. First, the customer service was excellent. I was kept informed of the status of the technician and the time they would reach my house. Second, the technician, Montreal was on-point, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my oven within 15 minutes, which included my numerous questions. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

Hannibal found the problem, managed his team well and allowed me to decide and budget for repair over replacing a refrigerator with reservoir issue. The repairmen quickly identified the problem with my washing machine, and ordered the part to be delivered to my address. Then, put me on the schedule for the expected delivery date. They came back when the part arrived in a couple of days, and the repair was done promptly. The cost was what I was expecting, and was quoted to me on the first visit. The repairmen were pleasant, helpful, and friendly. After I made my appointment online, I was offered an earlier time slot the next day due to a cancellation. I couldn’t be there for that earlier appointment, but I appreciated the offer. I would’ve taken it if I could have. And both times they came, they were able to arrive earlier than originally thought. Which worked out well for me. So I will call Mr. Appliance of Bel Air again if the need arises.

The first time i had Anibal replace the inlet valve to my 5 year old whirlpool dishwasher and that fixed my water not pumping out issue. The second time i had Matthew. He was very honest, thorough, and determined to fix water leak from the dishwasher right side front door. He definitely went above and beyond. Matthew offered tips on how to get the most out of my dishwasher to have it last longer. Give him a raise. He’s a keeper. Thank you.

Obi was the tech that fixed my dryer. The belt had snapped. He was very knowledgeable and provided information as to the inner workings of the dryer. He was very engaging and was able to answer my questions. Obi was very professional and courteous. The first time I used this company's services was for a stove burner gas leak. They found that a gas burner tube had broken AFTER the fire department and BGE said there was no leak. This company beats paying for a home warranty any day.

There were several things we appreciated. One was that Mr. Hyginus was very neat and organized in his work procedures. There was no mess left for me to clean up. He stayed until the machine was totally repaired. He walked us thru each step and gave us the reasons why he had to do what he was doing. We HIGHLY recommend Mr, Hyginus services. b & a
