5 out of 5 ✨ From the call to schedule the appt with Ida who was so helpful & sweet and also the techs that did the repair, Kiley and Zach. They arrived on time, were courteous & knowledgeable and did a thorough job with the frozen drain line repair on my GE fridge. They also did a fantastic job with the cleanup afterwards. highly recommend them and will call on them again for any appliance repairs needed

Mr. Calvin came to diagnose my top loading GE washer which was dropped by the movers in GA face down while loading to a collapsible hand truck. Mr. Calvin took apart the whole washer and examined each part meticulously. I was afraid to hook up the washer because of liability reasons for my apartment. Mr. Calvin did not pressure me to hook up the washer or try to sell me anything. Mr. Calvin was so calm, professional and experienced. I had an exceptional experience with him. I will call him in a heartbeat for any appliance problems. Mr. Patel, the owner, was so kind and helpful in scheduling this appointment for me. Great experience with Mr. Appliance. From easy appointment booking thru repair. Had an error on GE Monogram dishwasher. Turned out a bad controller board and LCD panel. Had it taken care of very quick…even though it required 2 visits. For the inconvenience (not because of them!)…they replaced the pump for free (since it was getting old). Chad was awesome. He even had to deal with how the dishwasher was plumbed into the lower cabinet. He’s a definite pro! Thanks Mr. Appliance!!!!
