Our double wall oven needed a replacement part in the back of the unit-no small job in itself. Ed diagnosed the issue and came back to replace the part only to discover the oven had originally been installed incorrectly making it a hazard to remove. He took extra time to go to the hardware store and build a new base for the cabinet to ensure the oven would be secure. He was then able to remove the oven, replace the part, put the oven back in place, and had it up and running. I have never encountered a repair company who went well above and beyond the scope of their job to make sure everything was not only correct but safe. We have used Mr. Appliance many times, and they have always been wonderful, but this job demonstrated their dedication and determination to make things right. I felt confident with Ed in charge, was beyond pleased with the quality of work, and will absolutely continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

This is the third time I have used Mr Appliance, and as usual the service was great!! Ed is so nice and knowledgeable. He always seems to find a way to figure out the problem and get the parts needed to fix the issue!! My dryer was fixed on the same day, evan though he had to run out and get the part. For his time and effort, the price was well worth it!

My Samsung refrigerator has been a problem. The ice maker failed repeatedly and the seltzer-water maker stopped functioning, too. I called one repair company and the individual had to call in to Samsung to learn what the problem was and to discover that a retrofit repair kit was available. Then the ice maker failed again. When I called, I got no call-back. Ditto when the seltzer-water maker also died. After two years of nonfunctioning and my own failing to find a company able to fix a Samsung refrigerator, I tried again and called Mr. Appliance. The assigned a fellow named Frank who arrived in a spotlessly clean truck, appropriate apparel, and shoe covers so as not to dirty the floor. Then he got into the nitty gritty, taking the refrigerator apart and putting it back together again. Lo and behold, he did it! That [expletive deleted] fridge started working again. My advice: Do not get a Samsung refrigerator. And if you do, call Mr. Appliance for a card and, when you get it, tape it to the inside of the door. You're going to need it!

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! My washer was not working. I called Mr. Appliance and my phone call was answered promptly and a friendly employee helped schedule my appointment. The questions were perfect to get accurate information regarding my washer problem. The repair/cleaning process was explained thoroughly and they worked with my schedule to get a tech to my house quickly. The tech was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Every step was explained to me and he did a thorough job. The tech shared many maintenance tips with me and I felt very comfortable with the work. Now, I am loving laundry day!

Have used Mr Appliance before and called when the dishwasher had a problem. Tyson did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, ordering the new part and returning in a few days to install it. Also gave me helpful hints for dishwasher use. Used them a few weeks before this to handle a refrigerator issue and Frank also did an excellent job. Love that they are local and veteran-owned!! Thanks for all your service .
