I had a lightning strike that affected several electrical items in our house. One was our oven that was operating sporadically. Mr. Appliance successfully diagnosed it as a faulty circuit board. Their pricing was reasonable and I saved hundreds of dollars over buying a new oven. Well done!

I called about an icemaker malfunctioning. Joshua diagnosed a fan motor as the problem when I was sure the icemaker was faulty. He saved me time and money; now the icemaker runs like new.

I have an older refrigerator that needed a part replaced and Jonathan was able to locate one that isn’t made anymore. installed it in a timely manner and even adjusted a part to make it easier to clean.
