I called because I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining. Dave came right out and fixed it right away. Scheduling is hassle free and Dave is extremely professional and knows his stuff . It’s so hard to find people you trust to do work, I highly recommend them as they are on time, great communication , and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. Dave was on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dryer not working. He changed the belt and explained that it was the original and it was in poor condition.

Really appreicated the fact that the day before Mr. Appliance sent an email with a 3 hour window for the next day service. Also sent a photo of the serviceman which is a nice touch so we knew who to expect. Next day, the serviceman (David) called and texted when he was about 30 minutes away. They fixed the problem quickly and it was a very good experience.

Have had Dave from Mister Appliance out to our house to inspect and repair two washing machines, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, a microwave, and a refrigerator. He has done a remarkable job in each instance. There is no place else I would go to request service. No place.

Scheduled an appointment on-line on a Sunday and the tech was at my house Tuesday morning. The tech was friendly and efficiently addressed our issue.

Recently moved to Sarasota. Home we purchased included a 20-yr old Viking built-in side by side refrigerator. Midfle of night it started beeping and by morning w as no longer cooling. Everything in freezer melting. After a false start and bad experience with another co (which billed itself as a Viking authorized repair co.) we reached Viking and were referred to Mr Appliance. Great experience. Came the next day. Dave the service tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Part ordered on the spot and came in from distributor on time and he was back and installed on the scheduled day. Pricing was extremely fair. Will be our go to company for all our appliance repair needs. As a follow-up to the above (the original review), a few months later, we had an issue with our 20 year old Viking 6-burner gas/electric stove. One of the burners would making a continuous “clicking” sound while on. Dave from Mr Appliance came nd quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part on the spot. Part came in within a week and Dave was back and within an hour had the stove apart; new part in; stove back in place and working perfectly. There is no other company I will trust to do our appliance repairs.

Troy, the technician, was very knowledgeable and was well prepared for the repair of our Electrolux Washing Machine. Service was smooth with no complications whatsoever. Even the surrounding and the floor under the washer was cleaned. This is, may be, minor but still very helpful as it virtually impossible to get to in day to day life.
