Both Mitch and Brent are very nice and competent. They did have to address some unusual issues in our 25 year old fridge/freezer but found and resolved problems (there were multiple) that others had not been able to find.

Joseph, the repairman assigned, arrived in the scheduled time period. He was professional and knew his job well. As he did not have the part, which had to be ordered, he gave a possible time period when the job could be completed, which turned out to be spot on. I am very satisfied with this company, that began with my initial call to the company and the young lady (I apologize for not remembering her name). She assisted me by recommending a couple of troubleshooting steps prior to assigning a technician and setting the appointment. Joseph arrived when scheduled for the actual repair and had it completed in a short amount of time. I have made this company my "go to" for any future appliance repairs (and there are a couple on the horizon). Based on this first experience with them, I would very highly recommend them.
