Great guys to work with! I had a Samsung dishwasher which was repaired previously but not completely repaired. It is 4 years old so I decided to give another try with Mr. Appliance. The technician came, diagnosed the exact cause to be a leak which was not fixed earlier. He fixed the leak and the motor and all is good now. Fingers crossed, hope it lasts for some time!

Quickly diagnosed the problem and had to order a part that was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Good job very clean, orderly neat and professional made appointment and updates via text and was very efficient.

Very efficient, and helpful technician. Would definitely recommend based on our dealings with the Bosch repair person. He immediately diagnosed what the problem was. He arrived in a timely manner each time.

Our microwave/convection oven stopped working (you’ed be surprised how convenient microwaves are once yours dies!) and they were out yhe next day to assess the issue on our 2017 built-in microwave. Parts had to be ordered, but even so…they were back out and had us running the next Monday. They were top notch with communications and scheduling was precise! I would recommend them to anyone. This is an authorized Bissell repair shop, and the man who owns it is so nice. He was very generous with his time and helped us figure out if it would be more cost effective to repair or replace.
