Technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fully explained on how to prevent a reoccurrence. Manufactures should disclose more fully problems that can occur if maintenance on appliance is not done.

Well as with most unexpected household repairs it was not particularly a joyful experience. My dryer went out right after the holidays and I had no clue what to do or who to call. After a quick google search I call the first recommendation which was Mr. Appliance. The lady that answered my call was pleasant and professional and confirmed that they could come out and check the problem. When the Service person arrived he. Diagnosed the problem and was prepared to fix it. He gave me a quote, fixed my problem and gave me a guarantee which is more than I expected. As far as the cost hey it was unexpected so I will just say it was below my cutoff budget. So I will and I have recommended Mr. Appliance to others.

Our dishwasher had stopped working. Called Mr. Appliance because we have had very good service before. The technician, Benjamin, explained everything that could be the problem and gave two solutions. Ordered parts, which came in quickly and returned to fix the problem. Customer service great- called before coming, arrived promptly and very nice.

They've come through clutch for me twice now. Once with a heating element for a really old model dryer, and later a dishwasher water inlet valve. Would recommend them to anyone.

The tech came in and figured out the problem with my freezer very fast. I had a 'working like new' freezer in 2 days.

Shawn came before the time that was told to me and was efficient knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad I chose this company! This dryer repair will keep me out of harm and the danger of going out at night after work to dry my laundry has been eliminated.
