Technicians Matt and Geo came out promptly, exactly when I was told they would arrive. They were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. This was the second time in a year that I had needed service on my dishwasher (the first time, I had called a different company for service). The technicians recalibrated my dishwasher and advised me what to do if the problem happens again, and if it still has an issue, I could call the company back within a year (for the same issue) and they would come out for no charge. I would not hesitate to call this company again and would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

The technician (Giovanni) was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Service was speedy, and the scheduling staff was very sweet to accommodate our request so urgently. We will DEFINITELY be recommending Mr. Appliance, and we will be using their services in the future.

After some scheduling confusion (i.e., which Mr. Appliance provider would be providing the service), the service call happened within two days. I appreciated the 2-hour appt window vs the standard 4 from other companies. The technician, Joseph, arrived right on time, and was knowledgeable and friendly. And, he fixed the problem with my washing machine. Overall, a great experience!
