I had a cracked freon line from moving my refrigerator to another house. The Mr. Appliance professional came, looked at the issue, then proceeded to fix my refrigerator. Then he cleaned up after himself, and left. I am completely happy with his work. Job well done.

My experience with Mr Appliance of Middletown and Glastonbury has been exceptional. Refreshingly so. My initial call to Mike was handled with concern and he tried to get me a service call that same day. However the service call happened the next morning and Mike was timely with his call back explaining the reasons for the next day service call. Dmytro , our service technician, was timely and spent one hour trying to figure out why my freezer door wouldn’t stay shut. He explained that the model of the appliance did not have a mechanism to adjust the door to hang more evenly on the magnet. I was even impressed because Dmytro came back to make sure all tasks were completed with this call. He realized a small screw needed to be put in. Now that is a technician conscientious about his work. I also received a call back from Mike, on the day of the service call, which enhanced the positive customer experience. I would recommend Mr Appliance of Middletown and Glastonbury for all of your appliance needs.

Scheduling my initial consultation was easy; the receptionist was very pleasant. And I was quite pleased at how quickly the technician, Dave, determined what was causing the issue with my dishwasher. He was able to apply a temporary fix and came back within a week to replace the defective part. He was neat and efficient. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance again!
