Faith knows her business. Came in, tore the dryer apart, diagnosed the problem, order the parts and came back a week later to install the parts. While dryer was apart, she recommended a couple of proactive maintenance issues, which I agreed with. Dryer works great and hope to have a few more years of the drying being maintenance free.

1- they send a picture of the technician 1- they give you a two hour window, and came with in that window 3- they called ten minutes away 4- technician was knowledgeable and friendly 5- He gave me quote for parts and labor 6- called and came over as soon as he got the tie part. 7 Because the last people that put an element in Jacked it up it took him 3 hrs. to repair and replace it with an original part. 8- He stayed with his quote and didn’t charge me extra! Highly recommended this company ♥️
