Excellent service from scheduling to repair. We had a nonfunctional refrigerator ice maker. Called to schedule repair on Monday. Service completed on Wednesday. The impressive part was Kevin the technician had the ice maker we needed in his truck. He was fast, friendly and informative. Will definitely call Mr. Appliance again when repairs to our appliances are needed.

Arrived in a timely manner. Both Lance and his partner were polite and very efficient. Completed the repairs on the dryer the same day

Jaime was the technician who serviced my dishwasher. He was very prompt and professional and polite. He ordered the part that needed to be replaced, and in a week the part came in and installed it, and now the dishwasher is now operating properly. Thank you Jaime for your good work.

I had never heard of Mr. Appliance but called them because they are local. I could not have been more pleased. Jaime and Jalen were professional, respectful and more importantly fixed the issue with my fridge.

Lance was everything you could ask for in an appliance repair person. In and out in less than 30 minutes and my oven is working. Fast appointments and fair prices.

After some flood damage I needed my appliances inspected. Setting the appointment was very easy, I got a text at night before to confirm, and a text that technician was on his way, and then a call when he got here. He was very thorough with each Appliance and he seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin was prompt, friendly, professional and was able to take the drum of washer out and clean it for me, even though it was difficult.
