Repairman came right away - first thing in the morning the day after I called. John went right to work, zeroed in on the problem, fixed it and was on his way in an hour. Price was fair and I am pleased with the result. Thank you Mr. Appliance!

My tech arrived on time, he was very friendly, explained the pricing and what he thought it might be before he started doing anything, and then got straight to work. He was done very quickly, cleaned up the small amount of water that ended up on my basement floor, and was on his way. Overall great experience.
