Very pleased! Our washer was not working, I called on Thursday and got an appointment the next day! Unfortunately, parts needed to be ordered and I was trying to figure out how to do our laundry. Much to our surprise, we got a call on Monday, parts were in! Washer was fixed on Tuesday. Technicians were very professional, personable and did a great job. Will use in the future.

Hyon was wonderful.. He fixed our dryer on the same day.. ran out to get the parts and came right back... Mr. Appliance and Hyon had my dryer working withing 24 hours.

Mr. Appliance were able to come out to look at our gas stove on very short notice when nobody else was available. Unfortunately the part needed was in backorder and took a few months to arrive. We can’t fault them for the delay. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was knowledgeable and helpful. They followed up multiple times to keep us up to date on the part order and in the end we are very satisfied with their service.

My recent experience with Mr Appliance has been the absolute best I’ve ever had with any service company! Everyone, from phone staff to the actual technician (Darin) were absolutely professional. The company even e mails a photo beforehand of the technician who’s coming out, and he called an hour ahead with his ETA and arrived precisely at the estimated time. I definitely will be calling Mr. appliance for any future necessary repairs to any of my major appliances, and, of course, would very highly recommend this company!!!
