The technician was very professional and courteous. The cost of the repair was what I expected. The technician cleaned up after completing the repair on the dryer, and he wore protective covering over shoes. I was very satisfied with the repair.

My Thermador refrigerator started flooding my kitchen and Ryan was able to come out immediately and fix it. He fixed it quickly and answered all questions I had. Great service!

Great customer service from the office staff to the repair people. I especially liked that they sent me a photo of the repairman prior to his arrival. The repairman wore booties to protect our floors. Efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Had a great experience. They were easy to communicate with, and Quickly came to my residence to diagnose my washer. The repairs needed were major so we ultimately bought a new washer. Great overall experience.
