Best. Service. Ever. That is it. My washer broke during the end of the week, mid-cycle. The only company I was able to talk to after "normal" hours was Mr. Appliance. Knowing repair prices and a possibility of my washer was not repairable, I have already given up on fixing it and was ready to buy a new one. Mr. Appliance gave me a comfortable dispatch price and a fast service call. When I told Phillip I needed a fast fix even if it meant I have to buy a new machine, he still not turned his back agains me. Within an hour my machine was fixed and I paid a fair price. They are professional, polite, understanding and fast. Mr. Appliance is a small family business. I am so grateful I have found them. Thank you Phillip!
