Scheduling was easy, office staff was very helpful. Miguel was friendly, professional and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. He replaced the damaged parts and reinstalled the dishwasher in no time. The service was pricey, but worth it. Overall, the experience with Mr. Appliance was exceptional.

Replaced the failed part and then tracked down the root cause of the problem and corrected that also I don't think very many other companies would do that!

Tech Daniel was helpful to fix our dryer as a fast at identifying our dryer issue and made sure we saved as much money as possible to fix the issue.

The customer service is INCREDIBLE! We had a speed queen washer stop working, full of water, on Christmas break with 4 kids at home. As stressful as that was, Mr Appliance made the whole process easy, quick, and friendly. Getting texts with time frames and a picture of the person coming was wonderful. And Anthony is the best! Had him out twice, the second time to install a minor part once it came in, and both times he was professional, friendly, and most importantly had our washer up and running in no time! Thank you!!

Anthony was amazing! He came early and was able to tell us what was wrong with our washer and fix it! Along with that; he gave us tips and tricks on how to keep our appliances as new as possible for as long as possible!
