Great experience start to finish. Initial contact was great, they got all my details and were communicative about my initial appointment. Josh was terrific, really curious to understand the ways my Wolf was breaking down after a decade. Diagnosed and repaired - explaining everything to me along the way (expense of repairs were not trivial, so I appreciated understanding it all). Easy to recommend Josh and the whole experience to anyone in need.

Making the appointment was easy. Then I got a phone call ahead of time to find out what the problem was so that technician could be prepared and have any needed parts on hand for the suspected problem. Joshua was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He installed the new part, made sure oven was working properly, explained the problem and repair to me, and made sure he left the area cleaned up. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Mohammed was professional, timely, friendly, respectful, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my gas dryer. He ordered the parts to repair it. An appointment was scheduled as soon as the parts came in and he came on a holiday to install them. Will definitely use again!

I don’t normally post reviews for services. There are just too many requests being made these days. However, my very recent experience with Mr. Appliance and the repair technician, Joshua, so far exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy. I originally started to schedule it online, but ended up calling instead. Shortly, after scheduling my appointment, I received a call from someone else in the company to confirm that I had been able to do that even though I hadn’t completed my request online. Initially, my appointment was scheduled for five days later, but I received a call within two days Saying that the repair technician had finished early and would be able to come to see me That day. Joshua arrived shortly there after and easily diagnose the problem. He then arranged to get the part and return the next day (today). Joshua couldn’t have been Friendlier or more knowledgeable and within a very short period of time had fixed my washing machine. I will definitely Mr. Appliance for all my Appliance needs and will be recommending their services to my friends.

There was a colossal snow fall causing them to cancel our scheduled service and their office to close. The office worked remotely and kept in touch with us by phone and text daily until the roads were clear enough to send a technician. Their communication during this difficult time was both outstanding and rare. I was under a time crunch to get the work done and they came through and got a tech out within a day of the office reopening. The cooktop was no longer made so getting parts was not easy but Danny knew what to order to repair it and expertly installed the replacements parts I am grateful Danny came to the rescue.

There's so much to recommend! The repairmen are always so professional and nice. Making the appointment is easy and I like how they call to confirm. My most recent experience was great. I had an issue with my oven not heating up. Unfortunately I called another company who said they specialized in repairing my type of oven. That was the worst experience - that repairman was rude and basically didn't know what he was doing. He made me wait over a week for a part. He said he would call after three days, but he never did. I had to call for follow up. Over a week later, he finally showed up and spent three hours trying to install the part that turned out to be the wrong part! When he finished, he said that my oven/stove was defective and I was going to have to buy a new unit because the manufacture didn't make that style anymore. (The stove was only 6 years old.) I called Mr. Appliance and Daniel was the technician. He knew what the problem was and ordered the right part. Three days later, he came and in less than an hour, he had the part installed and now my oven is working! Mr. Appliance is my go-to company! I highly recommend!
