A very professional service. I thought my appliance repair would be hard and complicated. Everything from the appointment scheduling to the actual repair by the service technician was quick and easy. Thank you Luis for making it all look so easy! I will certainly be using you guys again if I have an appliance issue!

Tyler quickly diagnosed and explained the problem with my dryer. Then he did the repair and cleaned up as well. He did a great job and I really appreciate his friendliness and efficiency. It was also nice that he had the part on his truck so the repair could be done immediately!

Paul was here and got right down to business. He knew exactly what was wrong with my ice maker. When he came back with the new ice maker, he got it in a reasonably good time. He was very friendly and talked about his wife’s cats, which was interesting.

Prompt, responsive and professional. The technician, Paul, seemed very experienced and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my refrigerator that a previous company failed to do.

Luis was fast, friendly, and professional. He had my dryer working in no time (it was a simple wiring issue). Great communication from the company as well. 10/10

My dryer broke and I put a ticket in and with 12 hours they had someone at my house fixing it. I absolutely recommend using them, they were quick and Paul was very nice and professional! Thank you so much!!

Matt deserves a raise. He’s knowledgeable, polite, thorough and thoughtful. My part came quickly and was installed without any issues. Of course this was under warranty so I can’t comment on the price- so hopefully that isn’t an issue in the future with high charges

Mr Appliance is simply awesome!!! Paul was at one site with Matt and Elliott at another. They are all well trained, knowledgeable, professional and most pleasant to have in one’s home. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Very satisfied with my technician Luis. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for sending me “the best” . I also appreciate the fast response for an appointment.
James was the best technician! He was able to repair our Kitchenaid refrigerator, and he did an excellent job figuring out exactly what was wrong. We originally thought we needed a new computer board and panel, but he was able to fix them by finding the right parts. He saved us a lot of money by not having to replace those larger items, too. He is incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It’s like we have a new refrigerator again. I would highly recommend this company! A+++ service!!
