Timely response by technician. Had to get a part for the dishwasher and promptly returned. Done with install in less than 45 minutes. Cheyney the tech was very knowledgeable. He offered additional advice on another potential issue we were having which was greatly appreciated even tho it was out of his realm of responsibility. Can’t put a price on customer service. Mr Appliance saves Santa’s cookies! Very friendly technician. Quality work and done quickly. Poor Santa was going to have to settle for burnt cookies but thanks to Mr Appliance my oven was fixed!

They went above and beyond on what was a difficult repair. Came out the same day and easily diagnosed the issue. As soon as the new part came in they arrived to install the new part and repair the refrigerator. He worked hard to guarantee that everything was as good as new prior to leaving. Will recommend and will use again.
