My oven recently stopped working. I decided to try Mr Appliance after reading the excellent reviews online. Antonio was the technician assigned to my call. Antonio was punctual, cordial, and extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven and gave me a clear estimate and timeline of how long it would take to fix it. I will definitely be using Mr Appliance in the future for any more appliance repairs for my home.

My dryer stopped emitting heat yesterday. I called Mr. Appliance this morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. Melvin was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the heating element the same day. Will definitely be using Mr. Appliance for future issues

On Wednesday our dryer broke and by Friday afternoon Antonio had us up and running. We received fast, friendly and professional service. Next time an appliance breaks, this company will be our first call.

The service was amazing, and Paul and Melvin went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They could have completed more expensive and time-consuming recommendations for our appliance but were able to diagnose and provide a more than satisfactory outcome for me. Super quick and responsive! They got me scheduled same-day and ordered the replacement motor for my dishwasher with very quick turnaround. The motor came in a day ahead of schedule and someone called me right away to get it installed a few hours later. I appreciated the call to notify me each time the technician was on his way. My technician was very knowledgable, and he reinstalled the dishwasher better than it had been before it broke! Thank you so much! 10/10 would call for repair again

The service was great, Paul and his team quickly identified my refrigerator problem and was able to source the needed parts at a local supply store and make the repair within 2 hours from when they first showed up. I will be using them again if I happen to have another appliance issue.
