No c/o except I did not receive a receipt and apparently there is a warranty on the part.

I have always had great results with Mr. Appliance, no matter which technician has come. I have had repairs done on various appliances and found them to be reasonable, pleasant and accurate. They take the time needed to make the repair and leave the area clean when they are done. Their technicians text to advise their approximate arrival time and a photo of the technician is sent so you are not surprised or uncertain if the person who comes is not who is supposed to.

Ryan was fast and professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. I'll be using Mr. Appliance in the future when I have issues with any appliances.

Salim of Mr Appliance Peoria was great! Received a text with possible 1-hr window for my dishwasher diagnosis & repair; Salim arrived right at the beginning of the window and immediately got to work. He was able to replicate & diagnose the issue, then tried a couple fixes--thankfully landing on the correct solution (with a few followup recommendations) after a short time. He stayed to make sure the solution did indeed work, and that was that! Under an hour for diagnosis & repair and a quick & easy booking and communication with the store.
