I have used Mr Appliance on two occasions. Once to repair a broken ice maker, and once to repair my broken washing machine. Scheduling was easy and quick. Both times, the repair required a part to be ordered, which came in quickly and was installed next day. I will definitely use them for my future appliance repairs.

Samsung dryer stopped heating; obviously the heating element. Called Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra, FL, and requested immediate appointment. Dispatcher called back and arranged for a technician to arrived the next day. It was the heating element, which Scott (the technician) determined to be the problem in a matter of minutes. Didn't have part on his truck, so he called the office to place the order. He anticipated the part to arrived on Monday, (this was on Friday) and an appointment would be made for Tuesday. As Scott said, the part arrived on Monday and was installed on Tuesday. He even cleaned out the inside of the dryer since he had it apart. Mr. Appliance (Scott and Justin) returned to install a new gasket/magnet door seal on the Frigidaire Professional fridge in our kitchen. Two came out because the side-by-side units (fridge and freezer) were aligned during the last visit and needed to be adjusted; it was covered under the work warranty. Both went beyond the call of duty to get the units properly aligned; not sure they were the day installed over 10 years ago. The seal replacement was fast and non-eventful. Another great job by both of these technicians. Update: An office was opened in Jacksonville Beach and this area was in its service area. Used that location and was satisfied. Called two day ago learned that the Jax Beach franchise no longer exists; now back to Ponte Vedra. Called because of washer problem. Erick came, worked on it and said it was repaired. The next day the washer again stopped, showing an error message of LE with a tube filled with an excessive amount of water. I used the emergency drain to remove 5 buckets of water to be able to open the door and removed the clothes. It is likely a pressure switch problem, as Erick was first concerned about but felt it was just a "brain scramble" because of a drawstring being caught in the door when running the load. The machine is old and likely needs a new pressure switch.
