Mr Appliance gave us a 2 hour window the day before and texted when they were in the way. No time wasted on our end. Service was done professionally and Ron was both polite and knowledgeable

Mr. Appliance was able to come out, identify the issue, and fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They were very nice and personable as well, and gave me good tips to hopefully avoid future similar issues.

Fast, friendly, professional service. Right in the middle of the holidays, Mr Appliance dispatched Ron, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by New Year’s eve.

I called them for help with a 25 year-old dryer that suddenly stopped working. Their serviceman arrived on the scheduled date, spent actual time diagnosing the problem and even went a little above-and-beyond working with my schedule for a follow-up fix date. I decided afterward that I would fix this problem myself, and Mr. Appliance refunded the unused balance of my initial payment, no hassle. I would definitely use them again in the future. I felt they have an emphasis with honoring their schedule commitments and with investing enough time to get things done right the first time.
