Great job getting the ice maker repaired. I called several repair shops and none would/could service this model. Mr. Appliance team communicated through well through the parts issues and still got the job done in a reasonable period of time. I was really grateful that Mr. Appliance performance.

The diagnostic appointment was scheduled quickly (although I did have a problem scheduling online, but when I called the appointment was set up). The tech, Christopher, was efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. The parts came in quickly and the installation was scheduled quickly. Christopher came and installed the parts and checked everything out. We were up and washing within a week of the machine breaking down. I'm glad I found Mr. Appliance!

Jerry was very friendly. He educated me as he worked to diagnose the issue. He did not try to up sale me on anything and just let me know I needed a new refrigerator. He also took the time to discuss recommended maintenance on other appliances in my home.

Christian was great! He was friendly and helpful. He explained everything about the icemaker. He was super nice to my dogs who were very barky. I'd recommend him to my friends. He was a pleasure to have in my home. I was happy I got to meet him!

Jerry came out to my home and was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I had three appliances to look at, and he was able to quickly diagnose the issues and solve the problem. The service fee might be a lot up front. But it will be worth every penny for the level of experience you get, and transparent pricing. I’ve dealt with a few appliance repair companies. But Mr. Appliance is the only company that was honest and transparent.
