The service technician was very professional. Put shoe covers on before entering our home. Did a thorough job of reviewing the broken microwave and gave an honest appraisal of what the repair would cost.

I had my GE range and dishwasher diagnosed Jan 2, and Tech Derrick returned today Jan 15 with parts. Completed both repairs smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable and the Tech and Office Staff are efficient, polite, and friendly. Excellent job done!
