Derek has been to our house twice to diagnose and fix (hopefully) our ice maker which is a known issue with the units water pump that keeps failing. They ordered a new one and hopefully this one works. They are very professional and knowledgeable but they are limited by the quality of the parts from the manufacturer. Would recommend Mr. Appliance.
