John from Mr. Appliance came into our home and made us feel confident in his ability to do the repair on our dryer. He returned within a couple days after replacement parts were obtained and completed the repair effortlessly and to our utmost satisfaction. Communication via text and email from the company was superb, from setting up appointments, letting us know about parts availability, to final invoice. Very efficient and well run.

Pleasant experience called and got a next day appointment. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem I was having with my dryer.

Tech Chris came out on Monday, found the issue with the freezer, Blower Motor wasn't working correctly so the fan wasn't turning and we kept getting a frost buildup. Chris fixed the problem and now the freezer is working correctly. I will definitely be calling them back when we have other appliance problems. Thank you.

Great customer service 5 Stars from over the phone to Andy the technician who showed up on time and was super knowledgeable and professional. He had answers and solutions and gave us great options. At the end he pointed out the issue with the Maytag washer and he fixed what needed to be fixed. Andy answered every question I threw at him. I’ve worked in the Utility business for 19+ years, with all of it dealing with customers and providing at some level customer service. I truly Appreciate Mr. Appliance of RC and Andy for being so helpful & professional.

I had problems with my dryer. It was making a noise. I called Mr. appliance they came out very professional and polite knew what he was doing told me what I needed he ordered the part and it was completely fixed with a great price. Highly recommended to anyone l

I haven't been in town long enough to have found trusted services yet, so I was extremely pleased with my repair experience with Mr. Appliance and will use them in the future. The initial call with Brian was handeld efficiently. I made an appointment for the next day but they called back and fit me in same day! Only a 2 hour wait window (not 4 or more like some services!) The service tech, Andy was friendly, polite and efficient. He didn't mind me watching and asking questions. He explained everything thoroughly and told me next steps. The whole experience was great! 10 stars!

I woke up to a water leak in the ceiling of my 5 day old Thermador refrigerator (newest model built August 2024) and Thermador was not available to come out to repair/shut my water off to fridge for x 2 weeks! Thermador gave me a list of 3rd party appliance repair companies approved to work on Thermador’s. Only 1 out of the 8 companies responded & actually Mr. Appliance-Brian the owner answered the phone at 7:30 in the morning 😊. So thankful for Mr. Appliance of Rancho Cucamonga (Brian) he went out of his way to make arrangements to send a technician out right away! Looking for an honest, professional & expert in their field ….look no further when you are in need of appliance repair. I found out they have another Mr. Appliance in Huntington Beach 🏖️ I am definitely keeping their contact & referring to my sphere.

Hello. Our refrigerator failed on a Friday afternoon at about 3 pm. We called your company and Annie was great. I was pleasantly surprised when your company offered us an appointment for the following Monday (today 9-23-2024). Chris was our technician. Very professional and nice man. He was polite, attentive to our questions and represented your company extremely well.

Has the best experience with Mr. Appliance. I found them after a few places that never called back or didn't do built-ins. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnostics. While waiting for parts to arrive, each time I called their office, I reached a live person. Gigi was professional and able to answer questions quickly. Actual service was performed today and it was done without any problems. Chris was neat, efficient and friendly. I hope I don't need more appliances repaired, but if I do, I will certainly call Mr. Appliance first.

On time. Polite. Professional. Friendly. My refrigerator had been checked by someone else 3 times without identifying the problem. You came out & found the problem in one try! The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He looked for details as well as the obvious. He cleaned everything up. If I need service again I would like the same technician.
