Mr. Appliance helped repair an oven that had a faulty sensor. The part (and the oven) had been out of production for years, but we were unsure if the new sensor (different part number) would work. We explained the issue, and they said "we'll give it shot" and if it doesn't work, we'll only charge you for the diagnostic fee. The alternatives were all really pricey (cutting granite to fit a new oven, etc). Turns out, the repair worked so they helped keep a multi-decade old oven alive and saved us a bunch of money.

I had a squeaky dryer and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to fix the problem in no time. Also had an ice maker that wasn’t working and they got it working again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s in the need for appliance repair.

Great service, and a good value for the price. Kelsey showed up well inside of the scheduled 2-hour window, and he did a thorough and careful job of diagnosis, explanation, and repair. Before starting on the repair, he paused to walk me through the quote to get my approval. He departed having put everything back in its place - no muss, no fuss. Very pleased with the service!

Very professional from start to finish. I always dread calling someone to repair appliances.. not anymore. The booking appointment was super easy. I love all the contact confirming the appointment, notifying who my technician is and when to expect them. They arrived during the scheduled time and were neat, articulate and polite. The technician got to work and made short order of the issue. I was impressed at how quickly they could look up parts & pricing. They were able to repair my dishwasher and bill me. The whole process was quick and painless. I highly recommend them!
