After dealing with another company twice with no results, Travis arrived and fixed the stove in no time. The other company wired a new part wrong and the burner just needed cleaning. I cannot give enough praise about Travis, the technician, and the owner, Greg. Greg communicated often about appointments and arrivals. When issues occurred out of his control, he kept me informed continuously. He went to 3 different suppliers to get a part for a 20 year old freezer that was not really replaceable. Travis was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He went over and beyond. Since I was having a party, he came over the weekend on his day off to complete the work. He would not even take a tip that was more than due. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service I received.
