I was pleasantly surprised that the service request that I made could be scheduled within a day or two. I have found that to be unusual. The scheduling time window via text the day before was helpful and the technician honored that 2-hr window. The technician was patient, well informed, and very professionally mannered. Thankfully, my dryer needed no real repair and a thorough diagnostic and error codes check validated that no replacement parts or replacement of the appliance were recommended or needed. The issue was resolved and I had an action plan if the minor electrical issue re-occurred and confidence that I could correct myself. Hard to ask for anything better. I also think the visit charge rolled into parts and labor and not a standalone charge is a smart and equitable business strategy. Thanks Mr. Appliance for a successful first experience and I know who to contact with any issues int he future.

OK, when our usual repair service was too booked up to fit us in, I started looking for an alternative. First place I tried didn't get back to me. But Mr. Appliance answered my call and booked me for the very next day. They texted me when my man Giuseppe was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He was fantastic - very professional and knowledgeable, but really friendly and personable. He diagnosed and solved our problem immediately. I felt that this is a service company I can trust and they'll be my first call from now on.

I found Mr. Appliance through a Google search and read their customer reviews. Setting the appointment was an easy process and they sent appt. reminders in advance of today. Today, Val arrived at my home at 8am punctually. He worked diligently to assess what issues my Maytag dryer had. He already had the parts to address one of my complaints. Before beginning his repairs--Val pulled out the dryer so he could examine the internal component parts thoroughly. He showed me the accumulation of lint which was partly the cause of the burning smell I noticed. I was surprised by the accumulation of lint since we remove lint after each drying cycle and also call in a service once per year to clean the external vent. Before installing a couple of new parts--Val borrowed my vacuum cleaner and proceeded to clean all the lint in the internal machinery area of the dryer. Then he installed the new components and pushed the dryer into place. He tested everything while he described the repairs. The dryer was humming again like new. Thank you for a wonderful service experience.
