Mat, our appliance technician was very professional, very personable, and most of all very knowledgeable. He had to order a part for our Bosch dishwasher but that part came in a few days and Mat promptly came back to install the part. All works fine now. Thank you Mat and Mr Appliance.

The experience didn't start well but they ended making everything right in the end. The issue I had was the technician said there was no parts available for my LG washing machine. I thought that was strange considering my washer is one and a half years old. I went on Amazon and got the part and called them back and told them I found the part they were apologetic and gave me a discount and came back a couple of days later to fix my washer, the technician was polite and courteous, and I would definitely recommend
