Recent problems w/ my old Kenmore dryer. After online request, prompt appointment provided. Dave was professional & personable. He recommended replacing part. (He was able to get a replacement quickly) Very satisfied w/ service.

The Mr. Appliance tech skillfully removed years' worth of lint from my dryer that I could not see. I thought it needed to be replaced because I was getting a check filter warning. He was capable and friendly and completely solved my problem.

Experience couldn't have been any better. The technician was polite, respectful, efficient and didn't criticize my efforts at appliance repair, the dryer now works!

He took the time to speak with the owner and explain the process and best route to go in his opinion. Brian (the tech dispatched to us) was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Had the best experience with a dryer repair. I called Mr. Appliance on a Friday, they came on Monday, and the issue was fixed within an hour. Brian is an awesome technician who was very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. I love how professional the entire company is. You get an email and text with a 2 hour window of your technicians arrival time, with the name and photo of the person coming. I love that! Brian messaged when he was on his way so there was no waiting around and wondering when someone was coming. We will be calling Mr. Appliance for all our needs from now on!

Brian came out that morning as stated and was very polite and knowledgeable ( gave me a summery of how my washer operated ) fixed the problem which was the pulley , I would definitely use Brian again if needed ....Thank yall so much
