They are very knowledgeable of the brands they work on. I have a Samsung stove and had trouble finding anyone who worked on that brand. They did and they fixed the issue.

I contacted them about a problem with my dyer. They gave me an appointment with a window of the time they would arrive. They texted me a photo of the technician and the window of his arrival. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote which included parts and labor. After securing the parts, the technician came back and installed the new parts. My problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Sebring.
