Our Results
First time using this company. They were definitely more expensive than some of the other places we've used before or called, but they were able to come out much sooner. We did not move forward with a repair, but the technician was very nice.
Quick and efficient work! I booked an appointment online and they came the next day. The will send a text with a picture of your technician and a 2 hour time frame. Had to wait a few days after to receive a part but overall it was a very easy process. Slightly expensive but what isn’t these days! I would use them again in the future.

Ryan called to let me know that he was able to move the scheduled appointment to an earlier time. He was professional and knowledgeable and assessed the problem with my washer and provided an estimate for the cost of a replacement part.

Mr.Appliance has definitely earned its 5 stars from me . John the technician was very professional. His trouble shooting found the root cause to my washers problem, and it was fixed in no time . I was on the brink of buying a new one . What a great way to bring in the New Year , Thanks John ..By the way very fair a decent pricing .. would definitely use again

Very thankful they could make an appointment for Christmas Eve to fix our oven. The technician was kind and very knowledgeable. I was also glad to hear they were only working a half day and gave tomorrow and the next day off to have time to spend holidays with their families.

The tech was on time, friendly and had my new dryer up and running much faster than it wouldn’t have taken me to do the LP conversion kit!
