Dorian repaired our ice make on the frig yesterday and did a GREAT JOB! Dorian was very professional with his work. He found the problem and made his quote, we accepted, then he went for parts and made the repair all in the same day! Great SERVICE!

Had a great experience. The initial call after submitting my request for an appointment was very friendly and accommodating. Communication was great to inform me of the time for the appointment and technician arrived on time. Technician (Sani) was able to diagnose and fix the problem (which was much larger than anticipated) at a very low cost. He went above and beyond expectations, stayed longer than anticipated, and made sure everything was taken care of and put back to the way it was before he arrived and cleaned up after. I would definitely call Sani again!

I had a positive experience. The gentleman was professional and did a good job. I appreciated the fact that he showed me how lint can build up inside the dryer unit. He answered all of my questions and gave me some useful tips. I've had the guys out before on our other appliances. I've always been pleased. They are my go to guys for when something unexpected comes up on our appliances. I recommend them for sure.
