The service tech was very courteous and very knowledgeable. After a small amount of troubleshooting he found the problem, fixed it on the spot and cleaned behind my oven. He was awesome! I would recommend to anyone.

Got a call from receptionist ahead of repairman with arrival info, I like that. Repairman showed up on time. Jerry dug right in and looked for reason why dryer was making a loud noise. Found an issue and fixed it. He did have to take a lot off the dryer so it did take about 2 hours to fix it. Charge for service wasn’t outrageous, so I would call again.

Called Mr. Appliance after another company had failed to properly clean out our dryer vent leaving us with a dryer that still wouldn’t dry clothes. Jerry was the ultimate professional in explaining everything along the way. He shortened the vent hose and cleared the line from both the laundry room and the roof. He also stuck around to verify that what he had done provided us with a solution. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone needing appliance repair. A first class operation, from the pleasant young lady scheduling appointments to the technicians, everything was first class and at a very reasonable cost.

We had a tech out today to check out our refrigerator and after 8 years from his first visit until now we again had excellent service! both visits this man has been upfront and honest and even though he could've told us anything he found the problem, fixed it, and was professional as always.
