From start to finish this place is great! Maddie in the office is super friendly and nice. She got a tech out right away! Parts came in quick! Sean was my tech and you couldn't ask for a more helpful friendly tech! He goes above and beyond! Definitely recommend Sean and Mr appliance! Thanks so much for a great experience!!

Would highly recommend using Mr Appliance. Sean was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the issue. He went above and beyond to fix our problem and got the washing machine fixed in no time.

We very recently purchased a new Bosch refrigerator and range. Soon after delivery the refrigerator developed function issues. We contacted Bosch and they set us up for service repair with Mr. Appliance of Springfield Ohio. Greg arrived 2 days later and was able to diagnose the problem and ordered replacement parts. He returned promptly as scheduled. The part that Bosch tech support had told Greg would fix the problem did not. Greg persistently dug into the situation and I figured out the solution. Greg is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Days later our brand new Bosch oven quit heating properly. Once again Greg arrived promptly on the day and time scheduled. He went right to work and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a bad bottom heating element. Bosch support was hesitate to agree with his diagnoses saying that, "Bosch heating elements don't go bad." However, Greg was correct. He ordered the element and returned 2 days later with the new element. This repair was no easy fix. He spent a great deal of time and toil and made the repair. This man knows appliances and he can think on his feet. He is a problem solver and can figure out the solution beyond what the 'book says to do re; tech support.

I have started, owned and operated a property Mgmnt service business from the ground up....started in 1990, Sold after 23 yrs. The critical piece is always *personnel. Always. The gentleman who handled the service on my 24 yr.old Whirlpool washer, is the kind you keep training, and don't let him go. Just keep investing in him. We called Mr. Appliance as our dishwasher door lost its ability to hold itself up. Before we found Mr. appliance, we had reached out to Kitchen Aid for recommendations…never heard from them! Once we found Mr Appliance, we had an appointment within a couple days time. Joshua came out to assess the issue, had the needed parts ordered within a few minutes, and scheduled a time the following week to repair the door. Quick, easy, efficient, knowledgeable… Mr Appliance was the BEST!

Super job! Diagnosed problem quickly, adjusted doors and then returmed to replaced the gasket as soon as they recieved it. Super friendly answering all our questions. Highly recommend!
