From the first phone call to the final service, the front desk and Caleb, our technician, were so professional and friendly.
Polite and nice people from first call to service person. Wore shoe covers into the house. Found problem, ordered parts and fixed within one week. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.
I just want to say this is being one of the best place to get fixed all my electronics, my washing machine, dryer and fridge! Very professional, kind and fast! And I want to add too that the kind lady at the phone scheduling all the appointments I ask for, just so thankful for people like her, super helpful, I got an accent and my English isn’t the best, but she was so patience and understanding all what I needed.. I think the name was Gina or something similar.. but I will choose this place always with the great team and coworkers they have… isn’t easy to found people that want to understand an accent. Thank you again!! 5 stars!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
Excellent service both on the phone and with the technician, Caleb. Very professional, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the appliances he worked on. He is also creative in finding solutions to the problems that needed to be addressed. Will definitely call them again👍
