I was very pleased with the service on my refrigerator. Scheduling was easy and Steven was pleasant and efficient and refrigerator is working again.

Same-day service. This company is amazing. Our refrigerator started to fail, motor and fan, and I was able to get a service rep, Noah, to our house within 2 hours. It was amazingly quick. He is insanely well-educated and qualified. Noah was friendly and he gave us our options - in layman's terms - so we could best understand. In less than 5 days, Noah was back with the parts to fix the unit. Our refrigerator is running just like it's brand new. I will be recommending Mr. Appliance to friends and family and I hope that they have Noah to help. You guys rock, thank you for your help!

We had a washing machine begin leaking on our floor, so we Googled appliance service companies in our area which resulted in Mr. Appliance’s link appearing. Having never used this company, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to have a service time scheduled for just a few hours later that same day. Amazing in today’s marketplace! The scheduling staff were very nice and explained, in detail, who would be arriving at our home, when to expect him and even sent us a photo of him with his name, Noah L. He diagnosed our problem shortly after arriving and then ordered the needed. He also explained how to temporarily use the washing machine for the next week until the part arrived. The office promptly followed up with us once the part arrived and re-scheduled Noah’s follow-up visit to replace the faulty part. Noah even showed us the cracked hose from inside the washing machine. Noah was extremely professional and friendly and as a bonus, gave us very specific suggested periodic cleaning instructions for our washer/dryer, ice maker as well as all of our kitchen appliances. Outstanding service all around by Mr. Appliance and their staff! Again, something you don’t see anymore these days.

Our Electrolux washing machine stopped working mid cycle and the door would not unlock. I happened upon Mr. Appliance online and called; they were able to send a tech out that afternoon. Noah arrived, placed a mat at my front door and used shoe covers, which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the washer door to unlock. The defective part needed to be ordered and arrived within a couple of days. It's been several days now and the washer is working perfectly. My experience with this company was top-notch, from the receptionist, Debbie (I believe that was her name) to Noah, and will definitely keep them in mind if I have any other issues in the future.
