Our dryer started making a loud squealing noise. They were able to come out the very next day and fix it in less than an hour. It cost about 1/3 of what it would cost to replace the dryer. In my opinion, well worth it for having a working dryer again the next day.

Zach from Mr. Appliance was excellent. He was punctual and efficient. He explained the issue with my dishwasher and showed me the faulty part. The part was ordered and the dishwasher repaired within two weeks. I also liked how they sent a picture of Zach before the appointment, for security. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Professional and knowledgeable. Our refrigerator was leaking and unfortunately too old to be under warranty from where we bought it, but too new to get rid of. Our repairman was super, and solved the problem!

Easy to make an appointment and technician calls ahead. Very professional and personable. Had the part with him and definitely knew what he was going! Would definitely recommend.

Bob, the technician, quickly diagnosed the issue with our Gas Oven and repaired it very quickly. I plan to use this company if needed in the future and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing appliance repairs. My initial call to them was on a Thursday and they scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. Nice job all around.
