Great & timely service. Honest solution, sadly Whirlpool product was not worth fixing and only 5 years old! Took recommendation and replaced with a NON Whirlpool product!!!!

Excellent Service received!
Chaz the technician who serviced our Thermador dishwasher was the real deal. He knew what he was doing and fixed our equipment. Two other service companies sent people who did NOT know the equipment and were unable to solve the problem.

When my washing machine had issues, I looked up appliance repair in my area. I called Mr Appliance and was able to get an appointment for the following day. I was informed about the window of time, as well as a photo of my technician. The technician was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and said that he would came back in 2 days. He returned and replaced the part and checked to make sure it was working properly. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Mr Appliance!
