Was hoping to save my refrigerator instead of purchasing a new one by calling Mr. Appliance. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the next day. My Tech Bradley explained the problem he ordered the parts and came back two days later and installed my ice maker and thermostat. I recommend Mr. Appliance they have great service, affordable prices and efficient Techs like Bradley.

My Samsung washer kept shutting down. Every time they come out, it would not do it. Thanks to their diligence and coming back out to my house more than five times at no extra charge. They found a bad wire crimp directly from the Samsung factory and repaired it. Kudos to Mr. appliance.

Using Mr. Appliance was the FIRST time in years that I had to have something in my house go completely smoothly. No problems, no issues, every thing on time including parts delivery, everyone super nice and professional. If I could, I would use them for everything from the pool to my car!

Repair person was early for appointment (and called to let us know). Washer was repaired within the hour. As good as new. Definitely would use them again.

The first time I called and scheduled an appointment Mike made the appointment. The next day no one showed up or called. I called the next day talked to Mike who made the original appointment. For whatever reason the computer system failed to install-it into their calendar. Mistakes happen & computer glitches happen we all know that. Brad came out the next day. of course they had to order the parts. Brad let me know they would let me know when they received the part. Much to my surprise they called me the very next day. parts were in. Scheduled to come out the same day late in the afternoon. Brad even went so far as making sure my washer worked right before he left. I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! Mike was amazing. My tech Carlos came same day. Came back when promised with the ordered part and when we needed a second pat he searched his truck & found it and came back to finish for me! Exceptional customer service! Much appreciated!!!

Matthew came to my home today to fix my gas range … he was courteous, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. His professionalism is a tribute to your company!!

This company responded right away when I called. They were able to come out within just a few days. Confirmed the tech with a picture the day before the appt. Sent a text with picture when he was on his way. Showed up on time and was able to diagnose and repair my dryer in the same visit.
