The Mr Appliance repairman, Jack, showed up promptly at the beginning of the time frame they had given to me (both times). He had a smile & was very professional determining that the electronic component that was malfunctioning quickly. He advised me on how to make the replacement component last longer & gave me a military retiree discount. Although I am an Air Force retiree he gave me the discount 😆. Jack is a Navy retiree. I will be calling Mr Appliance from now on for any help I may need but my Speed Queens are very dependable. Thanks Jack & Mr Appliance for getting our washing machine back in service so quickly!!

Call Mr. Appliance. of Tacoma first! I highly recomemd them!!! Tanya took my call on a Sat. My apt was the first they had the following Friday. My Samsung dryer was getting worse and I was afraid to use it. I called Tanya back on Monday to get on the cancellation list. She said they rarely got cancels but she would let me know. They did get a cancelation and they moved me up to Tuesday. Regan came out, on time, fixed my dryer, for less than 1/2 of what a new Samsung dryer would cost. I am thrilled! Regan was professional and knowledgable and fixed it while he was here. He had the parts with him. He was polite, friendly, clean; he even put a mat on the floor at the door. Just all around great company and people. Good service is really hard to come by these days. It's like people don't know what customer service is anymore. NOT the case with this company. The entire team was great from the lady who called to schedule our appointment to the technician that came on site. They had to come twice because a part was missing but even with that they made sure that our dryer was in good working order before they left. We will use them again. Service: Dryer repair

Reagen was AWESOME and worked very hard to fix my old Samsung dishwasher which was cost prohibitive. I REALLY appreciated that Mr. Appliance and Tonya were so very helpful in coming right back out that week and installing a new dishwasher for me. In these days of COVID, it is nearly impossible to get good reliable help and this company is IT! Thank you so much!

Repair on dishwasher. Diagnostic performed by technician Regan . You could tell from his questions and assessment that he was like an appliance “doctor”. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He figured it out, ordered the parts and it works like new again. He was prompt and called ahead with more specific arrival time on days of service. It was easy to get appointments that matched my availability. Electronic dishwasher cycles can be a challenge to figure out and Regan had a confidence level that you could tell stemmed from experience! I am very happy with the final results!
