Dustin was great and informative
Service tech identified the replacement part and picked it up from the warehouse. He fixed the washing machine that day. There was still a problem with the wash plate. He made a good suggestion to order it from Amazon. We replaced it and the washing machine was functioning as it should again.

My GE washer was locked on a cycle setting. Unplugging didn't reset it. Go figure it was a child lock, although there is no "button" for and it didn't show on the panel. He found it in the operators manual but was confused himself. Great job. Great company.
